Helga Norheim

Helga Norheim is a PhD student and a research fellow at the Department of Educational Science at the University College of Southeast Norway. She holds a master´s degree in Early Childhood Education and Care from Oslo and Akershus Univiersity College of Applied Sciences. She has experience as a research assistant, ECEC professional and ECEC center leader. Her main research interests are quality in ECEC, early child development and inclusive education. Within the context of ISOTIS, she will be coordinating the data collection from the quantitative and qualitative interview study in Norway in WP2.

Thomas Moser

Prof. Thomas MOSER is affiliated with the Faculty of Humanities and Education, Department of Early Childhood Education and Professional Development. His research interests include Early childhood education: Quality and effects of ECEC-service; Physical environment in ECEC-institutions; Curriculum research in ECEC; Endangered children and competency development; Body and learning; Psychomotor learning and development; Health – and psychosocial outcomes of physical activity; Didactical issues in physical education; Adapted physical activity. Moser is Principal Investigator in the FP7 project CARE, where he leads the nine-country survey study among parents, professionals and policy representatives into values, beliefs and experiences regarding ECEC.
